Inviport for MYOB takes invoice files from supported suppliers and imports them into MYOB
Function
Inviport for MYOB function is to take files generated/supplied by supported suppliers,
containing details of invoices for products purchased, and import this file into MYOB.
Operation
Various lists contained in MYOB are extracted into Inviport for MYOB automatically. The
following are the lists that are extracted from MYOB:
- Tax Codes
- Chart of Accounts
- Items List
- Job List
The file provided by the supported supplier is imported into Inviport for MYOB where the necessary
information is extracted by the software and displayed. There is some flexibility to edit the information.
The information for importing into MYOB is generated and automatically imported into MYOB.
This brings all the bills into MYOB.
