APL-QB Converter
APL-QB Converter takes Xml invoice files from Architctural Profiles Limited, Metro Glass Limited, and Viridian Glass Limited and converts them into IIF files that can be imported into QuickBooks.
Function
APL-QB Converter function is to take a file generated/supplied by Architctural Profiles Limited, Metro Glass Limited, and Viridian Glass Limited (.xml format),
containing details of invoices for product purchased, and convert this file into a format that
QuickBooks can import as bills.
Operation
Various lists contained in QuickBooks are exported and brought into APL-QB Converter. The
following are the lists that are exported from QuickBooks:
- Tax Code List
- Chart of Accounts
- Items List
- Customer List
The file provided by Architctural Profiles Limited, Metro Glass Limited, or Viridian Glass Limited is imported into APL-QB Converter where the necessary information
is extracted by the software and displayed. There is some flexibility to edit the information.
The file for importing into QuickBooks is generated and saved.
Within QuickBooks the generated file is imported which enters all the bills.
